Small Business Support

Establish a “Small Business Support” call center – the goal is to make it easier to do business in the City of Dayton 

Offer pro bono consulting and training services 

Establish grant programs for small businesses that serve important functions 

Fund the HRC’s Business and Technical Assistance and Community Engagement divisions

Create a new Small Business Council of local small business owners to study impediments to opening and sustaining a business in the City of Dayton. The Council will make recommendations to the City Commission.
