Restructure city’s programming and events 

Improve parks and waterways 

Study feasibility of adding additional pedestrian bridges over our riverways  

Create City/DPS youth recreation programs

Establish new community/neighborhood centers where vacant or underutilized buildings currently stand

Provide new recreational education opportunities, including: fishing and other non-revenue sports (e.g., tennis, track, baseball, volleyball, etc.) which provide additional scholarship opportunities outside of major revenue sports
